Race 3 - Day 6: Tatical gybe as Dan reflects on heading South
As Dan and Jamaica heads South he sent this email from the boat yesterday.
Hello Southern Ocean!
Salvador was a great place, lovely people and good food.but now im off across the Southern Ocean,a place i've always wanted to sail,the weather systems BIG waves and the different types of marine animals,you can get them all in the Southern Ocean.
I'm back on Jamaica and we are heading south-south east keeping below a big high pressure system where there is no wind,we are keeping good boat speed and our next stop is Durban South Africa!
